Job Description

In this important role, you will assist in the administration of compensation programs and benefits offerings, while also participating in various HR projects.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing compensation data, supporting the benefits enrollment process, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Strong analytical skills and a genuine passion for employee engagement are essential for success in this position. A background in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
