Job Description
Eclerx is seeking a meticulous Order Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing order forms to ensure compliance with company policies, collaborating with the Billing and Deal Desk teams to resolve any discrepancies, and maintaining accurate and timely order processing. We are looking for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in Billing or Order Management, proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, and strong Excel skills.
Key qualifications include exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and a strong customer service orientation. This position requires availability for night shifts and will be based on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa once office operations resume.
