Job Description
To provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer system, both hardware, software, and other peripherals (Printer, CCTV, Projector, Scanner, Mobile Phones, and Sound System) equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves users’ problems with computer software and hardware.
- Fields support calls, chats, emails, and other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.
- Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
- To be the custodian of all computer-related equipment and gadgets.
- Responsibility for maintaining accurate and organized records of all IT documents.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in customer technical support.
- At least 6 months of experience in CCTV configuration and repair.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and customers.

Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
