Job Description
Omniguard Security Agency is looking for a skilled HR and Admin Supervisor to lead our HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with management to ensure efficient HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Your role will involve supervising administrative personnel, maintaining precise employee records, and formulating HR policies. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between management and employees, promoting a positive workplace culture.
