Job Description
TeleCaldwell Careers is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Hotel Reservations Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Achieve one-call resolution while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in BPO is a plus, but not required.
- Must be at least a High School Graduate (or ALS Graduate).
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from Php22,00.00 to Php29,00.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
