Job Description
Robinsons Land in Los Baños is seeking a highly motivated Lease Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage in tenant prospecting, contract management, tenant retention, and lease turnover and renewals. This role is crucial in maintaining strong tenant relationships and optimizing lease agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in Property Leasing with a focus on commercial leases preferred.
