Job Description
An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing incoming payments for Transnational Diversified Group. They play a critical role in ensuring the company’s financial records are accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilities include:
- Classifying, recording, and reconciling incoming payments.
- Creating and sending invoices to customers.
- Following up on outstanding payments and resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable.
