Job Description
As an Associate Remote Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting our company’s remote systems. This position requires a strong understanding of network systems, server administration, and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain remote systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform system upgrades, installations, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot network and server issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Create and maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server administration, and security best practices.
- Experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
