Halcyon Health Network, Inc. is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing clinic facilities and equipment, addressing operational issues, monitoring patient flow, and serving as a triage officer when necessary. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this position.
Our ideal candidate will possess a 2 or 4-year degree in a related field and have at least one year of customer service experience. We are particularly interested in self-starters who excel at multitasking.
