The Site Development Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the development of various sites, ensuring the successful implementation of construction projects. Key responsibilities include site selection, project planning, budgeting, and resource management. As the Site Development Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time. You will also be in charge of obtaining necessary permits and licenses, while adhering to local regulations and safety guidelines.
