Job Description
Yolo Technology Pte. Ltd. is currently seeking a Quality Auditing Analyst to ensure that our customer service operations align with established quality standards and exceed customer expectations. This key position plays an essential role in maintaining high service levels and providing constructive feedback for ongoing improvement. As a Quality Auditing Analyst, you will conduct regular audits, analyze outcomes, and generate detailed reports aimed at enhancing service delivery.
