Job Description
Grand Hyatt Manila, a premier destination known for its exceptional experiences and innovative dining concepts, is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for our Executive Lounge. In this crucial role, you will ensure the seamless operation of the hotel’s Executive Floor, managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and providing outstanding Executive Lounge services.
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management, possess excellent customer relations and communication skills, and have refined written and verbal abilities. Familiarity with OPERA systems is necessary, along with experience in Food and Beverage operations.
