Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is looking for a dedicated OTC Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring prompt responses to incoming requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of customer and vendor information.
- Facilitate Intercompany and Adhoc Billing processes.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and manage incoming payments.
- Accurately post and clear customer payments.
- Analyze outstanding receipts and coordinate follow-ups with local teams.
- Oversee order requests from contract initiation through billing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business.
- 1-2 years of experience in order-to-cash processes.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience in a BPO/SSC setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is preferred.
