Job Description
Principal Global Services (Philippines) LLC is seeking a qualified Associate Claims Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring and analyzing medical, financial, and contractual information to facilitate timely claims processing. You will collaborate with employers, employees, and medical providers to provide claim updates and ensure clarity regarding the company’s stance.
The ideal candidate will hold a PHRN designation and possess experience in claims or contact centers, along with strong claims processing abilities. The role demands excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. A comprehensive understanding of policies and regulations is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.
