Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers manpower requirements.
- Handles recruitment activities.
- Prepares new hire paperwork.
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Maintains accurate filing of all employee 201 files, databases, memoranda, office correspondences and the like.
- Conducts pre-employment screening/background checks.
- Monitors employee movements, performance evaluation, and disciplinary action.
- Prepares timekeeping summary.
- Prepares and releases payslips.
- Provides recommendations for and assists in training and development programs.
- Attends to employees’ concerns and needs.
- Handles employee requests pertaining to forms, certificates, and the like.
- Maintains the stock of office supplies and necessary forms.
- Conforms to hospital standards, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
