Job Description
– Monitor Plant equipment conditions by regularly checking the maintenance checklist from Electrical and Mechanical specialists or from Plant Superintendent or managers;
– Maintain an updated equipment maintenance database including the equipment history;
– Coordinate with the Mechanical and Electrical Specialists in identifying or forecasting wear and tear of equipment parts to be able to make scheduled corrective maintenance.
– Report regularly to immediate Superior the summary of equipment condition and the maintenance program status;
– Prepare Annual Maintenance spare parts requirement per plant in coordination with the Plant Managers/Superintendents and supervisors;
OCCASIONAL:
– Participate in meetings during the Project planning phase to raise concerns regarding maintenance.
– Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time;
COMPLEXITY OF WORK
ANALYTICAL:
– Work requires calculations in identifying wear and tear rate and to be able to forecast the life of equipment parts;
– Work requires excel computer programming of maintenance database;
