Job Description
Metacom BPO Alabang is seeking a Hotel Booking Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Providing accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. This is a full-time position with weekends off.
Requirements include a friendly demeanor, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work onsite.
We offer HMO, a 13th-month pay, and a competitive salary ranging from Php 22,00.00 to Php 27,00.00 monthly.
