Job Description
Teleservices Jobs Pro is actively seeking a motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by addressing inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services through chat and email.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, document interactions accurately, and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; no prior BPO experience is necessary. Strong written English communication skills and a good typing speed are essential.
