Job Description

Greetings from Hiraya Wellness Resort and Ecopark! We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

Location: Romulo Highway, Aguilar, Pangasinan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct client engagements regularly to achieve sales targets.
• Handle all inquiries and bookings for banquets, socials, and private dinners in a timely manner.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and contacts for accounts to ensure revenue goals are met and client requirements are fulfilled.
• Manage resort events and functions, such as weddings, corporate clients, social events, and festivities.
• Arrange client oculars and familiarization trips as needed.
• Closure of sales through face-to-face interaction with clients, including presenting sales proposals, informing them about product benefits and features, and negotiating prices.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in a hotel and resort.
• Resourcefulness in acquiring new accounts and clients, irrespective of location.
• Passion for sales and excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide speedy and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints.
• Capability to build strong channels of communication with clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
