In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, creating unforgettable experiences within the Horizon Club, and upholding the highest service standards. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Hospitality, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and outstanding communication skills, particularly in English. A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to develop innovative solutions are crucial for success in this position.
