Job Description
The Rhenus Group is actively seeking a committed Sales Support Professional to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs associated with shipping lines, co-loaders, breakbulk agents, and cartage companies. Your primary duties will include entering costs into our systems, attaching the appropriate rate cards, and monitoring supplier communications for any rate updates.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, a solid understanding of air and sea freight processes, and outstanding customer service skills.
