Job Description
BI Business Services PH is actively seeking a talented HR Reporting and Workforce Planning Lead to guide a global team that provides HR services across more than 70 countries. This essential position involves spearheading performance management, compensation planning, and workforce planning initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, standardization, and ongoing improvement while managing reporting requests and fostering team development.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, demonstrating proven leadership skills and strong analytical abilities. Familiarity with SuccessFactors is preferred. Proficiency in English and international experience are required for this role.
