Job Description
IQVIA is seeking a dedicated Account Manager 1 to enhance client loyalty through exceptional project management and teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations for assigned clients, prioritizing outstanding service and fostering successful business relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, along with 1-2 years of experience in client service or account management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools is essential.
Strong communication skills are a must, and candidates must be able to work during graveyard shifts in McKinley, Taguig.
