Job Description
We invite you to apply for the Shopping Order Assistant position at Teleservices Jobs Pro! In this role, you will be responsible for promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies while efficiently resolving any customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Work Schedule: Weekdays only, with weekends off.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong communication skills, be tech-savvy (proficient with phones and computers), be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residency status, and have a diploma (High School, College, or Vocational). Additionally, applicants should be willing to work onsite, following a shifting schedule.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php24,892.00.
