Job Description
A Field HR Analyst is responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, particularly in the field operations. This position requires an individual who possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
The Field HR Analyst will be involved in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations and local labor laws. They will also handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions.
Furthermore, the Field HR Analyst will assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and participating in interviews. They will contribute to the onboarding and orientation of new employees and conduct training sessions for team members in the field.
Other responsibilities may include managing employee benefits, assisting with payroll administration, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
