Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is looking for a committed Hotel Booking Back Office Agent to enhance our expanding team! We provide an exceptional benefits package that includes a competitive salary, HMO coverage for beneficiaries, flexible shift schedules, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues following client standards.
- Achieve one-call resolution while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience is necessary.
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate required.
- Strong communication skills with the capability to multi-task.
