Job Description
Metacom BPO is urgently hiring a Customer Chat Support Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will provide excellent customer service through chat support interactions.

- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
