Job Description
Paradigma International Inc. is looking for a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our vibrant team. Post-regularization, you will enjoy a hybrid work model with potential for salary increases and swift career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Perform HR administrative duties, including recruitment and enhancing employee engagement.
- Utilize HRIS to monitor and manage employee information.
- Support daily HR operations and maintain comprehensive records.
- Address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Preferred candidates with at least 6 months of HR experience.
- Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment; prior hotel or restaurant experience is a plus.
Salary: Php18,00 – Php20,00 per month
