Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for providing accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies while efficiently resolving customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements: Candidates must be friendly, communicative, and proficient in using computers and phones. Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residency, possess a high school diploma or higher, and be willing to work onsite with flexible shift schedules. Strong verbal and listening skills in English are preferred.
