Job Description
We invite you to become a valued member of Orbit – Teleservices as a Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and promptness. Your responsibilities will include delivering accurate information regarding our products and services, as well as effectively resolving customer complaints.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Requirements: A cheerful demeanor, excellent communication skills in English, familiarity with computers, and a diploma. This position requires onsite work and flexible scheduling.
What We Provide: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) benefits, 13th Month Pay, attendance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. Competitive salary up to Php24,00.00 monthly.
