1. Team Lead
Salary: Up to ₱50,00
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO environment, preferably in Healthcare
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
2. Associate Manager – Quality
Salary: Up to ₱60,00
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a BPO setting
- Strong background in Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
