Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking technical support. Your main duties will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while providing users with clear, step-by-step guidance.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in IT support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience with helpdesk software and a basic understanding of networking concepts are preferred.
