Job Description
TeleCaldwell Careers is looking for a motivated Hotel Booking Specialist to enrich our team. We provide a highly competitive salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php29,00.00 monthly, along with an exceptional benefits package and pathways for rapid career advancement for our top performers.
In this role, you will follow standard operating procedures, address priority issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective one-call resolutions, while also performing basic troubleshooting tasks.
Candidates must have completed high school (or hold an ALS diploma), possess outstanding phone etiquette, and be adept at multitasking. Previous experience in the BPO industry is not required.
