Job Description
Svenbjorn is currently seeking a committed Retail Project & Property Officer to manage the daily operations of our properties. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive tenant relations, addressing maintenance requests, ensuring safety across all properties, and preparing financial budgets.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in property management
- Exceptional financial management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
