Job Description
Location: Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig City, Metro Manila
Experience: 1-3 years in IT Help Desk
Education: High School Diploma
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support through calls, emails, and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot various technologies including wireless access points, printers, EMRs, Adobe software, and HR applications.
- Maintain our knowledge base and contribute to its improvement.
- Deliver clear and effective remote troubleshooting assistance.
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of service desk support experience in the BPO industry.
- Proficient with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
Please note that this position requires night shifts and onsite work in McKinley, Taguig.
