Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is actively looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Pure Non-Voice Data Encoders. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php23,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, along with an industry-leading benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client guidelines.
- Ensure one-call resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting as required.
Qualifications:
- No previous BPO experience needed; all applicants are welcome.
- Must have completed at least high school (old curriculum) or be an ALS graduate.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and strong communication abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
