Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Call Handling:
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients when required, providing support and information.
- Email Management:
- Deal with email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Meeting Support:
- Take minutes during meetings to ensure accurate documentation.
- Data Entry:
- Perform data entry tasks, including sales figures and property listings.
- Legal Payments and Status Tracking:
- Keep track of legal payments with ADC (ABC Debt Collection) and court statuses through ABC Legal.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives, Property Managers, and Senior Management.
