Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to join our team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets through effective promotional strategies for our Packaged Programs. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the execution of store programs to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related business field
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented environment
- Strong customer management skills
- Proven ability to coach and supervise a team
- Familiarity with store operations
- Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City
