Jollibee Foods Corporation is actively seeking a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to collaborate with the Restaurant Manager (RM) in driving sales through innovative promotional activities for our Packaged Programs. The ARM will be instrumental in the effective implementation of store initiatives, ensuring exceptional operational performance.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any Business-Related field
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in service-oriented industries
- Proven customer management skills and strong decision-making abilities
- Aptitude for coaching and developing team members
- Understanding of basic store operations and potential improvements
- Willingness to work in Manila City
