Job Description
Join Nestlé as a Customer Development Manager and play a crucial role in driving profitable growth for our key distributor customers. You will collaborate closely with Field Sales Managers and distributor partners to position Nestlé as the preferred business partner. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating comprehensive business plans tailored for Distributor key customers that align with our overall business strategies.
- Meeting and exceeding targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including Sell-Out and Trade Spend.
- Establishing standard routines and services to optimize order-to-cash processes.
- Providing training and coaching to distributor customers on the Nestlé sales approach and operational standards.
