Job Description
Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) is actively seeking a committed GTBD Administrative Staff member to enhance our management of documentation related to Transaction Banking products and services for our corporate clients. Key responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring the timely receipt of documents from clients, preparing and validating enrollment and amendment forms for our electronic banking platform, SMAR&TS, and generating weekly and monthly reports according to the CMS Procedure Manual.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for following up internally on outstanding Transaction Banking documents, working closely with the front office to ensure smooth operational processes.
