Job Description
Bayer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Employee Lifecycle Management team. In this pivotal role, you will support various HR processes, encompassing onboarding and managing employee transitions.
Your duties will include maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with the implementation of HR policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for people management are vital for success in this position. While a background in Human Resources is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
