Job Description
Eclerx is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Analyst to enhance our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field and possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment. Proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a must.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
