Job Summary:
The Encoder plays a crucial role in accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our company’s databases and systems. This position is vital for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of information, thereby supporting the seamless operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data in the company database.
- Verify the accuracy of various information.
- Review documents to ensure completeness.
- Keep organized records for easy access.
- Collaborate with departments for clarification as needed.
- Generate reports upon request.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all data.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or current college student; proficiency with MS Office; strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
