Job Description
WAREHOUSEDAD INC is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to oversee various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, supporting training programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php21,00.00.
