Job Description
ALI I.T. SUPPORT SERVICES, INC. is looking for a committed Back Office Representative to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical note requests with healthcare professionals, managing client communications, and overseeing the invoice processing workflow.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and handling billing inquiries. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office are mandatory.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php25,00.00, in addition to benefits such as extra leave, health insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.
