Job Description
MedGrocer is searching for a People Operations Officer to manage our recruitment pipeline and enhance the employee experience. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in improving healthcare accessibility for over one million Filipinos each year.
Your key responsibilities will include developing effective recruitment strategies and implementing initiatives to support our employees. We welcome candidates with 1-2 years of experience in HR, including both seasoned professionals and recent graduates.
This position is based onsite in Makati and offers benefits such as Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage, paid leaves, and performance bonuses. The salary ranges from Php30,00.00 to Php40,00.00 per month.
