Job Description
The Service Crew is responsible for the day-to-day store operations of a RBX Rice in A Box Outlet. Their duties include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a helpful and positive attitude. They are also responsible for preparing and cooking food according to customer orders and company standards. Additionally, they handle payment transactions, order store-related items, receive deliveries, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store. Troubleshooting needs, updating inventory sheets, and coordinating with various departments are also part of their role.
Requirements:
- At least high school/junior high school graduate.
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to attend 5 days training at 10th avenue, Caloocan (with allowance provided).
