Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills? We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Monitor and control daily financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
