Job Description
Metacom BPO Alabang is seeking an Online Chat Booking Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate product information and resolving any complaints efficiently.
No prior experience is required, as we provide extensive training. Ideal candidates should exhibit a friendly demeanor, possess strong English communication skills, and be either Filipino citizens or hold the appropriate residency status. A diploma (High School, College, or Vocational) is a prerequisite.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Php 18,00.00 – Php 22,00.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
